It's not an unfinished game. It's not even a game. It's a proof of concept of a possibly great game, that has never been developed.

Encounters and treasure sites look like placeholders. If another group accepts a peaceful resolution, they always have a kitten with them, which makes everyone relaxed. Never a dog, never a kid, never a smile, just a kitten for the 15th time. There are just 3 treasure sites, that you find randomly and repeatedly at the first map: abandoned camp and leftover truck in bushes, which you can always loot without any problems, and a gas station in which you will always get attacked (and thanks to the combat system always win the encounter getting even more loot).

The combat system is ridiculous. Once you understand, how it works (not that they've bothered to explain it to the players), with your bare hands you can always win against heavily armed enemies, taking almost no hits. Hell, you probably could win with your bare hands against a platoon of Abrams tanks.

Then there are bugs. Like having a doc in your party is supposed to slowly heal all its members... and it does, providing he is not the party leader,... just for a few days at start, then bugs and never works again.

Beats me, why being so close to making a really great game, they have decided to stop the development and publish it in this abysmal state, that certainly can't be recommended.
