Prehistoric Tales is a fairly decent, clicker-style (read: casual) village simulation where you'll gather resources, build buildings and recruit troops to battle your enemies via turn-based combat in which ranged units deal the bulk of the damage while melee units are just there as "casualty fodder" (besides the dragon that is).

Like many reviewers have said, the game is also very repetitive, but in its repetition, the game might end up being rather relaxing to play - it's the case for me. The game is, however, not exactly the sort of game I'd spend money to buy and play since I'm sure there are tons of other similar games that are F2P on the mobile platform.

Pros
+ Casual village sim that's a bit similar to those F2P ones you might have played on Google Play/the App Store, minus all the freemium aspects.
+ Can be relaxing to play
+ Okay graphics
+ Has a very simple turn-based combat ("simple" as in no flanking bonus, no terrain bonus, etc; though, you can use the "objects" on the map as well as your other units to kind of funnel the enemy so that your units won't have to defend themselves against enemies from all sides)

Cons
- Very repetitive
- Like another reviewer has mentioned, the game doesn't register a built building if you do it before the quest for it pops up. So, if you're ahead of the game, you might end up having to build extra buildings or demolish the ones you've built to free up some space just so you can rebuild and re-upgrade the same buildings
- Combat is very skewed towards ranged units here, though you might still want to have a ton of melee units too as fodder to hold back the enemies. Dragons are pretty strong here but since they take up a bigger space on the map, navigation can be an issue in smaller or more restrictive maps.
