I'm surprised I didn't review that game earlier, considering how long I played it and the fun I had to do so.
VA-11 Hall-A: Cyberpunk Bartender Action is a name you'll probably need to copy/paste when you'll want to speak about it, but you WILL want to speak about it, to tell people that you played an amazing VN with colorful characters and interesting mechanics and that you hope that N1RV Ann-A will be out next week just because you want to see another game in this universe.

Meanwhile, you'll buy "2064: Read Only Memories", because the hidden interactions that you unlocked are cameo from this game and you realized that the events in VA-11 Hall-A happen 5 years later. And you know about that because you paid attention to the details, so much that when you read the first time about cat boomer, you found yourself at 3AM reading the whole wiki to know more about the lore around the game.

Also, you'll have a look at "YIIK: A Postmodern RPG" because two characters cosplayed as characters of that game and you find it amusing that the game was created after VA-11 Hall-A while they were just supposed to be NPC. That's a fun fact and you like it.

At least, that was my experience with this game. Without knowing, I stepped in a universe carefully crafted and wanted to know more about it, why are there so few games about it ? Where are the books ? The comics ? Please give me more ! I'm starving for more stories around Glitch City and its colorful characters, would they come to a bar or anything else really. I just want more.
