There's three forces you can choose to play at the start. The USSR, Germany and Allies.
I picked Germany.
It starts in 1 of April 1945. You only have Berlin and you are surrounded.
The small tutorial helps you to regain other surrounding areas.
After that you're on your own. You start releasing more countries... And by releasing it sound more like liberating xD
Then soon you realize you own most of France already.
And i guess i could rule the world as intended all along!

With this in mind, i give this:
10/10 Would change history forever!



In other notes:
The playing interface is quite simple and fairly easy to understand.
Might want to try to understand or get used to the playing card helpers/bonus before you go too deep.
The card playing itself is easy to play and easy to understand nonetheless. After all you gotta go through it everytime you want to conquer more countries.
