Judgement: Not Recommended

Machine With A Big Gun is a driving game with an additional mechanic that your car has a machine gun and a rocket launcher on it. The game has you driving on an infinite road where enemies will spawn and either drive straight in attempt to have you crash into them, or more difficult ones will shoot at you.

Pros
+ Persistent Score across playthroughs is interesting

Cons
- Car is incredibly slow, opponent cars move just as fast as you and they are numerous so it's difficult to dodge them.
- You need to constantly pick up bullets and missiles. You will constantly have no ammo.
- Power ups and health rarely spawn
- Resolution is fixed, and too small relative to the spawned items. Unless an item spawns on the same lane as you, you will likely miss most of the power ups.
- This might be a bug, but after a few playthroughs, my bullets stopped refilling when I started the game, my health would be maxed, but I'd have to burn most of it trying to pick up more ammo
- Achievements are gated at ridiculous scores which just forces people to slog through hours of the same thing.

The game overall is bad, not unplayable, but definitely not fun. There are minor tweaks that could be made to make it less bad. One of the fun elements is that you can drive north which speeds you up. But there's a ceiling to how much you can drive up. Why is there an invisible ceiling? Your car is incredibly slow and the power ups spawn at random places, you have no chance at getting most of the items. You need these items to shoot enemies and increase your score (just surviving does not increase your score) so these bad elements just stack on top of each other to make an incredibly frustrating and unrewarding experience.

On top of that there's no game feel, shooting cars gets boring after a minute of play and the variations in enemy cars is only trickled in after hours of play.
